DETAILED SITE INSPECTION OBSERVATIONS <br />The site appears to be in compliance with the current mining and <br />GENERAL COMPLIANCE <br />reclamation plans. Good housekeeping <br />No Site development has occurred since the last inspection. <br />SITE DEVELOPMENT <br />Ln <br />The mine operates intermittently. Approx. 6000 tons of material has been <br />removed in the last year. Material is pushed off the top of the peak to the <br />south, sorted, and trucked out. The first bench depth has been achieved <br />z <br />g <br />OPERATIONAL PHASE <br />and in the future there will be benches stepped down from there that are <br />z <br />the width of the length the loader. <br />0 <br />Reclamation has occurred since the last inspection and it is north east of <br />g <br />RECLAMATION STATUS <br />the road that leads to where material is being pushed off. Will continue <br />U <br />(TOPSOIL, ROADS, ETC.) <br />with reclamation plan next spring as top benches are finished. <br />w <br />w <br />Recent precipitation has caused some pooling in the bottom of the pit. <br />z <br />EROSION/ SEDIMENTATION <br />Gullies can be seen in the road leading to the top of the benches. <br />No explosives are stored on site. No blasting has occurred. <br />EXPLOSIVES <br />There does not appear to be any safety issues at this time. <br />SAFETY <br />ENGINEERING/ GEOLOGIC & STABILITY <br />The walls do not appear to be unstable after the recent precipitation. No <br />issues are noted at this time. <br />CONDITIONS <br />OTHER LOCAL/ STATE/ FEDERAL REQ. & <br />The site appears to be in compliance with all other federal and state <br />COMPLIANCE <br />requirements. <br />
