There are a few highwalls of <br />12 -20 feet which have piles of dirt at the top — possibly considered <br />SAFETY <br />berming. The road is overgrown and does not show evidence of regular use <br />so trespassing does not seem to be a problem. <br />ENGINEERING/ GEOLOGIC & STABILITY <br />The area appears to be stable. <br />CONDITIONS <br />The DRMS sign is posted near the pit. No problems or requests were noted <br />OTHER LOCAL/ STATE/ FEDERAL REQ. & <br />on DRMS's last inspection in May 2011. No MSHA ID # could be located for <br />COMPLIANCE <br />this site. <br />
