Almost all of the <br />roads and drill pads were previously disturbed lands from exploration and mining activity dating back <br />to the 1880's. Pads in the NOI (See attached map named 2015 Silver Star NOI Release Map) have <br />been graded, topsoiled and seeded, where topsoil was available. Many sites never had any topsoil <br />salvaged from many years ago and these sites could not be topsoiled. The remaining work to be done, <br />which is also shown on the attached Map, is minor and all of it has been absorbed by the 2015 NOI <br />that has been filed by Fortune Revenue Silver Mines, Inc. <br />The attached Map titled 2015 Silver Star NOI Release Map, shows all drill holes from the 2011 and <br />2013 NOI's and also shows the existing roads, the planned new road segments as well as all remaining <br />work that has been transferred to the 2015 Fortune Revenue NOI. Photos of the reclaimed areas are <br />not required since they have been inspected by the DRMS in the fall of 2014 and photos exist in the <br />DRMS files for these inspections.
