FINDS and CONCLUDES that: <br />A. The Court has jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1334 and <br />157(b)(2); <br />B. The relief requested by the Debtors in the Motion is in the best interest of the <br />Debtors, their estates, creditors, and other parties in interest; <br />C. To the extent that any of the payments identified in the Budget, attached as <br />Exhibit A to the Motion, are outside the ordinary court, the Debtors demonstrated a sound <br />business purpose for making those payments; and <br />E. Due and proper notice of the Motion and accompanying Notice has been given; <br />no further or additional notice need be provided. <br />Accordingly, it is hereby <br />ORDERED that: <br />1. The Motion is GRANTED in its entirety. <br />2. Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 363(b)(1), to the extent applicable, the Debtors are <br />authorized to use up to $20,000 to pay the expenses identified in the Budget, and the Debtors <br />may exceed the amounts identified in the Budget by fifteen percent (15 %) or less without further <br />order of this Court. <br />3. The Debtors are authorized to determine how best to allocate the $20,000 of funds <br />to pay the estates' operational and administrative expenses, in the exercise of their fiduciary duty <br />to the estate and their best business judgment. <br />4. Nothing herein authorizes the Debtors to pay any legal fees and expenses of Snell <br />& Wilmer L.L.P., and no payment of compensation or reimbursement of such fees and expenses <br />may be made to Snell & Wilmer L.L.P. until an appropriate application, notice and hearing are <br />provided pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 330. <br />END OF ORDER <br />21086536 2 <br />
