Ponds J, B, and F were holding water with a small amount <br />of water observed in Pond D. No run -off was observed in established ditches or off of the refuse piles in the photographs, <br />with the exception of a small amount of water observed running from the south end of the western drying area of Gob Pile <br /># 3. No problems were noted. <br />PROCESSING WASTE /COAL MINE WASTE PILES — Rule 4.10 and 4.11 <br />Drainage Control; Surface Stabilization; Placement: <br />No activities were observed at Gob Pile 91, 92 and 44. Refuse material was being hauled to the east end of Gob Pile #3. <br />Cover material was being salvaged. A small amount of run -off was observed from the east side of the pile.
