authorization was given by the directors for Dale Trowbridge, the General Manager of the company, to
sign on the behalf of the company for the express purpose of obtaining a permit for construction of the
New Cache Agricultural Pond 1 and other documents associated with the permit, construction and
reclamation of the project.
