( PBGEI) of its application to <br />Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining & Safety ( CDRMS) to change the mining permit for the <br />Harms Pit located entirely on private lands in the vicinity of Pawnee National Grassland in Weld <br />County, Colorado.
