(SCC) enclosed is an application for a <br />technical revision to remove a 12" CMP at the outlet of the East Diversion Ditch #2, <br />located at the North Decline, and replace it with a permanent riprap ditch segment. The <br />Division's approval of TR -62, dated November 8, 2011, allowed SCC to retain the East <br />Diversion Ditch #2 as a permanent feature. The removal of the culvert and the re- design <br />of the outlet end of the ditch should have been addressed in this application; <br />unfortunately, it was overlooked at that time. The approval of this Technical Revision will <br />correct that omission. <br />Enclosed are the revised permit documents as follows: <br />Volume 3: Revised Appendix pages Al 3-2-i and A13 -2 -ii <br />Volume 3: New Appendix pages - Appendix 13 -2, pages NDEC -9i through NDEC -9v <br />Volume 4: Revised Permit Page 14 -3i <br />Volume 4: Revised Exhibit 12 -C <br />Also enclosed is the proposed Public Notice for your approval. <br />Sincerely, <br />To ya K.
