The reclamation will be <br />performed in late spring in the year following the completion of mining activities. <br />3) EROSION CONTROL. Erosion control, as mulch, using biodegradable mesh (straw <br />blankets with jute mesh, U.S. EROSION CONTROL PRODUCTS, INC., EG -2S NN, or <br />equivalent, will be installed in reclaimed areas, after the construction of topsoil as described <br />herein, in areas of greater than 10% slope, as recommended by the manufacturer, using 4" u pins <br />at the rate of 1 to 1 '/z pins per square yard. Most of the proposed affected areas may be this <br />steep. <br />4) STORMWATER CONTROLS. Stormwater controls used during mining will be <br />maintained until the reclaimed area has been successfully revegetated. <br />An estimate of the cost of reclamation for the affected area is attached hereto. <br />
