February 12, 2015 C- 1981 - 044 /Williams Fork Mines JLE <br />Ponds SH -P2 and SH -P1 were dry and stable. The primary spillways were clear and functional. <br />Ditches SH -D3, SH -P1 and SH -D1 were clear and functional. <br />Ponds 9 -P2 and 9 -P3 were dry and not discharging. The embankments appeared stable, however several ground <br />squirrel holes were observed that will need to be repaired. The primary and emergency spillways were clear and <br />functional. <br />Ponds 9 -P4, P5, P6, P7 and P8 were dry and stable. No problems were observed. <br />The spoil spring was discharging at the v -notch weir. <br />HR -Pla and Plb ponds were dry and not discharging. The pond embankments were stable and the primary <br />spillway appeared clear and functional. <br />Ponds 9A -P4 and PA -P1 were holding water. The embankments appeared stable and the primary and emergency <br />spillways were clear and functional. <br />Pond PA -P2 was dry; the emergency spillway needs to have brush removed from it. <br />Pond 9A -P3 was dry; the primary spillway gate is obstructed with a bush that will need to be removed. <br />REVEGETATION — Rule 4.15 <br />Vegetative Cover; Timing: <br />The Williams Fork Strip Pit area was observed. This area was stable, however a large number of prairie dog holes <br />were observed on the north eastern hill slope. <br />The Utah Tract was inaccessible at the time of the inspection. <br />SUPPORT FACILITIES - Rule 4.04: <br />The SAE around the 100,000 gallon water tank area was observed.
