Included with the
Midterm Findings was an updated Reclamation Cost Estimate, which will result in a proposed bond adjustment,
{Ru(e 3.02.2(4)).
Please review the updated Reclamation Cost Estimate. As provided for in 3.02.2(4)(a), GCC Energy, LLC has
the opportunity to request an informal conference on the adjustment.
