Negotiations <br />were at that point underway with two parties regarding land parcels within the permit boundary. <br />Since that time we have concluded a lease with Mr. Robert Denis for the Eldorado claim, MS <br />8068 (see attached). We continue to work diligently on this matter to conclude a satisfactory <br />arrangement for the other property —which we want to conclude as soon as possible —and we <br />will keep you informed of developments. <br />In the meantime, CC &V acknowledges and agrees that no mining activities will occur pursuant <br />to the M- 2012 -052 permit until this issue is resolved. <br />
