Site 05 <br />Remove plastic barrier from drill hole SF85 -03 and reseed <br />The single filled drill hole identified as SF85 -03 had approximately 10 x 10 feet of plastic <br />material surrounding it that prevented most vegetation from growing in the area. Two layers of <br />thick plastic were placed around this location at one time. I removed all the plastic fabric from <br />around the drill hole and reseeded with seed provided by Energy Fuels Coal, Inc. Grass mulch <br />material from nearby the site was added to soil surface after the seed has been raked in and <br />compacted. Small sticks and branches were also placed around this area after the seeding was <br />completed. This project was completed on December 21, 2014. The site location can be viewed <br />in Figure 1 and Table 1 lists its GPS coordinates.
