May 21, 2001 <br />MOTION <br />Commissioner Bender moved that the Board of County Commissioners approve the <br />Sprague -Buff Quarry Special Review as amended. <br />Motion carried 3 — 0. <br />Chair Rerigels directed the County Attorney to prepare a written Findings and-Resolution <br />which when signed by the Board, will constitute the final decision of the Board <br />There being no further business, the hearing adjourned at 12:15 am- <br />TUESDAY, MAY 22, 2001 <br />ADMIPIISTRATIVE MATTERS <br />(#42) <br />The Board of County Commissioners met with Frank Lancaster, County Manager, Chair <br />Rennels presided and Commissioners Bender and Gibson were present. Also present <br />were Lew Wymisner, Assistant Director of the Workforce Center; Jodi Hartman, <br />Larimer/Weld Revolving Loan Fund Program- Administrator, Captain Gary Darling, <br />Sheriff's Department; Brian Treu and Jeannine Haag, Assistant County Attorneys; Mark <br />Peterson. County Engineer, Larry Timm, Director of Planning, Russ Legg, Chief Planner, <br />Mark Engemoen, Director of Public. Works; Ralph Jacobs, Director of Human Resources; <br />Donna Keiras, Human Resources; Deni La Rue, Community Information Manager, <br />Donna Hart, Commissioner's Administrative Manager, and Jean O`Connor, Clerk to the <br />Board. <br />1.
