The original May 2, <br />2003 deadline was revised to July 1, 2003 following a discussion held between the Division and <br />representatives of Lafarge West, Inc. on April 28, 2003. As you may know, the Division has specified <br />submittal of an amendment application as the permitting mechanism to resolve a number of problems <br />noted on pages 5 and 6 of the inspection report.
