Pineda <br />Director <br />On March 26, 2014 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division/DRMS) accepted the <br />above - referenced Temporary Cessation Notice submitted to the Division on January 07, 2014 <br />addressing the following: <br />First 5-year term of'Temporary Cessation <br />The request for Temporary Cessation was approved in the monthly Consent Agenda of the March 26, <br />2014 meeting of the Mined Land Reclamation Board pursuant to Rule 1.13.6(3). No concerns from <br />interested parties were expressed. The terms of the Temporary Cessation request No.01 approved by the <br />Division are hereby incorporated into permit M- 2000 -115. The Temporary Cessation expires on <br />February 1, 2018. All other conditions and requirements of the permit remain in full force and effect. <br />Annual reports and fees are required on the appropriate anniversary date.
