Activities were limited to <br />maintenance of slopes and erosion control measures. No major erosion was observed on <br />or near the area of operation. Permit boundary signs are intact and the overall condition <br />of the site was acceptable. Please find an attached site map and a check for an annual fee <br />of $791.00. <br />We appreciate your time and efforts.
