Exhibit L: The Applicant, Vesco Consulting Services, LLC commits to maintaining a maximum <br />slope length of 700 feet that will require backfilling to 3H:1 V from a mined slope of 1.5H:1 V. <br />The Applicant also commits to a maximum area of 28.0 acres that will require topsoil at any one <br />time. The Applicant also commits to a maximum area of 30.0 acres that will require seeding, <br />mulching and fertilizing at any one time. With these commitments, the Applicant believes that <br />the originally calculated bond of $194,300 is adequate for the permit. <br />Exhibit S: See the attached letters and certified mail receipts demonstrating that the Structure <br />agreements were sent. The Applicant understands that if the notarized agreements are not <br />returned in notarized form, that an engineering demonstration will be provided to show that the <br />structures will not be damaged. This demonstration is already provided in the Geotechnical <br />Stability Exhibit at the end of the permit application in case all agreements are not returned. <br />An additional party has been identified as the owner of a structure within 200 feet of the affected <br />area therefore, a revised Exhibit S narrative is provided on the following page: <br />
