It is likely however that groundwater <br />flows to date have been towards the mine workings from MW65, so data from that well does not yet <br />include water that has been in contact with the mine workings. Furthermore, since no data has yet <br />been reported from MWNW the quality of water within the mine cavity cannot be assessed. Taking <br />these two points into account, the only water quality trends that could yet be assessed are up- <br />gradient of the mine. <br />
