John W. Hickenlooper
Governor
Mike King
Executive Director
Ginny Brannon
Director
TO: Zach Trujillo
FROM: Clayton Wein a.6
DATE: February 10, 2015
SUBJECT: Fruita Loadout, Permit No. C-2010-088
2012 and 2013 Annual Reclamation Reports
As requested I have reviewed CAM Mining LLC's 2012 and 2013 Annual
Reclamation Reports (ARR) for the Fruita. Loadout. Both of the ARRs were
submitted in a timely manner and were received by the Division on January 25,
2013 and March 11, 2014. The standardized forms and reclamation maps were
included with each of the reports. The correct acreages were reported on the
standardized forms for 2012 and 2013. The reports indicate there was no
reclamation work done in 2012 or 2013, due to the temporary cessation at
McClane Canyon Mine. The 2012 and 2013 Annual Reclamation Reports meet
the requirements of rule 2.04.13.
C: Mike Boulay/DRMS
1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, CO 80203 P 303.866.3567 F 303.832.8106 http://mining.state.co.us
John W.
