Casurig. <br />ISSUANCE OF THIS PERMIT DOES NOT CONFER A WATER RIGHT <br />C_ON41TIONS OF APPROVAL <br />1) This well shall be used in such a way as to cause no material injury to existing water rights. The issuance of this permit <br />does not assure the applicant that no injury will occur to another vested water right or preclude another owner of a vested <br />water right from seeking relief in a civil court action. <br />2) The construction of this well shall be in compliance with the Water Well Construction Rules 2 CCR 402 -2, unless approval <br />of a variance has been granted by the State Board of Examiners of Water Well Construction and Pump Installation <br />Contractors in accordance with Rule 18. <br />3) Approved pursuant to CRS 37 -90- 137(2) and the findings of the State Engineer dated r� -DO <br />ao -I <br />for the use of an existing well constructed on October 4, 2000, under cancelled Well Perm' lo. 3597 -F- (issued August <br />16, 2000). <br />4) Approved as a supplemental point of diversion for well no. 3597 -F (well no. 1- 3597 -F, case no. W- 4517). <br />5) The use of ground water from this well is limited to domestic, stock watering, and the irrigation of 5 acres in the NE 114 of <br />the NE'/.,, SE 1/4, Sea 35, Twp. 6 North, Rng. 66 West, Sixth P.M. <br />6) The maximum pumping rate of this well shall not exceed 15 GPM, The simultaneous maximum pumping rate of this well <br />and well no. 3597 -F shall not exceed 49 GPM (0.11 cfs). <br />7) The combined average annual amount of ground water to be appropriated by this well and well no. 3597 -F shall not <br />exceed 15 acre -feet (amount of pumping augmented by the Cache la Poudre Augmentation Plan). <br />8) Totalizing flow meters must be installed on this well and well no. 3597 -F, and maintained in good wortdng order. <br />Permanent records of all diversions must be maintained by the well owner (recorded at least monthly) and submitted to the <br />Division Engineer upon request. <br />9) The well shall be constructed and maintained in accordance with variance no. 2000 -148A, granted by the Board of <br />Examiners of Water Well Construction and Pump Installation Contractors verbally on October 4, 2000, and confirmed in <br />writing on October 12, 2000. <br />10) This well shall be constructed not more than 200 feet from the location specified on this permit and at least 600 feet from <br />any existing well, completed in the same aquifer, that is not owned by the applicant. <br />11) This well shall not be pumped unless included in a court-approved plan for augmentation or a substitute water supply <br />plan approved by the State Engineer. <br />12) Use of this well as a supplemental point of diversion is a change in water right.
