Attached to the e-mail accompanying this letter is documentation regarding well pumping history at the Rodman property. I have also attached a narrative description in the document entitled "History of Rodman Well Pumping." The narrative was prepared by me based on all the documents I reviewed. Most, though not all, of the documents are in publicly available records. I have not included each and every document from those records or from the Rodmans, though I have attempted to include enough to create a complete history. To my knowledge, other than what rimy be in the attachments, no specific "metered data from the wells" was found. As you will see in the narrative, during the course of compiling the documents, the Rodmans realized that the current permit (055880 -F) for the north well is erroneous, inasmuch as the pumping rate is inconsistent with the pump tests. In order to correct the permit, it will be necessary to go to water court. The Rodmans have asked me to prepare the necessary water court application. I would be glad to provide a copy to Greeley for discussion in advance of filing, if that is so desired.
