-8- <br />RM -KMT, pending in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, to the extent <br />addresses could be obtained by the Monitor from the Applicants. <br />THE APPLICANTS' FINANCIAL AFFAIRS <br />21. Since the Filing Date, the Monitor has continued reviewing the actual receipts and <br />disbursements of the Applicants as well as the Applicants' cash flow statements. <br />Actual Receipts and Disbursements for the Period from January 12, 2015 to January 18, 2015 <br />22. The Applicants' actual net cash flow from the period of January 12, 2015 to <br />January 18, 2015 (the "Current Period ") together with an explanation of key variances as <br />compared to the cash flow forecast provided in the Monitor's Second Report is described below. <br />Actual net cash flows for the Current Period were approximately $0.6 million higher than <br />forecast and are summarized as follows: <br />23. The variance in actual receipts and disbursements is comprised primarily of the <br />following: <br />a) a positive variance in operating disbursements of $0.2 million, primarily due to the <br />delay in the payment of a utility deposit (the "Utility Deposit "), which is anticipated to <br />be paid in the upcoming weeks; and <br />
