Exhibit E <br /> Reclamation Plan <br /> Section 6.4.5 <br /> Gold Basin Mine, Inc. <br /> Gold Basin Mine-Chaffee County <br /> Granite, Colorado <br /> Colorado Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety <br /> 112 Permit Application <br /> Areas disturbed(Exhibit F.-Attachment A-Photos) by Gold Basin under permit M-1992-045 will <br /> be regraded to slopes equal to or less than 2.5(H):1(V) (See Exhibit F, Figure F-1 and F-2 <br /> Reclamation Plan Map Section). Existing disturbed and natural slopes are as steep as <br /> 0.5(14):1(V) The mine site will be reclaimed to support a recreational land use. <br /> a. Topographic Configuration <br /> Gold Basin obtained Chaffee County mine plan approval on May 6'h,2014. The land features <br /> and disturbed areas are illustrated on Figure F-1. The proposed reclaimed mine surface pending <br /> completion of the areas disturbed prior to the approval of Gold Basin 1991 (M 1992-045 permit <br /> application) is illustrated on Figure F-2. The estimated 112 mine permit area is 32.3 acres of <br /> which 3.8 acres were disturbed prior to 1950 and less than 8 acres have been disturbed by mining <br /> activities since 1950. The area may be reclaimed by Gold Basin as a voluntary reclamation <br /> project as approved by Colorado DRMS. Approximately 3.8 acres will be included in the <br /> DRMS -112 permit application in the event the area might be reclaimed in the future. <br /> b. Stream Characteristics <br /> i. Stream Hydraulics <br /> Gold Basin proposed mine surface water control will include designed structures and BMPs. <br /> (See Exhibit E Attachment B-BMPs) Basin general hydrogeologic characteristics for the stream <br /> segments illustrated on Figure E-I a and E-I b are summarized on Table E2.1.
