Compliance With Mine Plan <br />N - Support Facilities Not On -site <br />N - Other <br />N - Special Categories Of Mining <br />N - Processing Waste <br />N - Topsoil <br />COMMENTS <br />This was a complete inspection of the Hawk's Nest Mine conducted by Jim Stark of the Colorado Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety. Tabitha Lynch, also with the Division, accompanied me on the inspection. The <br />permit for the mine was revoked, the bond was forfeited and the reclamation was completed by the Division <br />through third parry contractors. The weather was cool and partly cloudy and the ground was covered with patches <br />of snow <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br />- The West Mine area was covered with patches of snow but appeared to be stable at the time of the inspection. <br />There were no signs of any settling or slumping and no erosional problems were noted. The ditch on the upper <br />portion of the reclamation remained stable. <br />- The Bleeder Entry area was covered with patches of snow but remained stable at the time of the inspection. <br />There were no signs of any slumping or settling and no erosional problems were noted. <br />- The East Mine area was covered with patches of snow but appeared to be stable at the time of the inspection. <br />There were no signs of any settling or slumping and no erosional problems were noted. The ditch on the lower <br />portion of the reclamation remained stable. <br />This concludes the 22 January 2015 complete inspection report for the Hawk's Nest Mine. <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 0 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 4 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
