January 22, 2015 C- 1983 - 059 /Terror Creek Loadout JRS <br />ROADS — Rule 4.03: Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3); Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4); Surfacing and Maintenance <br />4.03.1(5) and (6)/4.03.2(5) and (6); Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br />- The haul road to the lower portion of the loadout is a paved road. It was stable at the time of the inspection. The <br />lower portion of the road is a gravel road. This portion of the road includes the scale and the truck loop. this <br />portion of the road was stable at the time of the inspection. <br />SUPPORT FACILITIES - Rule 4.04: <br />- The three "normal' coal stockpiles (lump, stoker and fines) were empty at the time of the inspection. All of the <br />current operations have been moved to the east of this area and east of the truck dump. The small crusher and <br />stockpiles basically fit within the haul road loop from the scale to the dump. <br />- There are three new stockpiles at the new crusher location. These are a stoker pile, a lump pile and a raw coal <br />pile. These piles are all much smaller than their respective piles at the old coal processing area. <br />- The fuel island area was stable at the time of the inspection. <br />- The shop /warehouse and office bench was stable at the time of the inspection.
