The report was received on November 17, 2014. The rule requires that the ARR be <br />filed by February 15 for the previous calendar year. <br />a. Name: Golden Eagle Mine <br />Address: 12250 Hwy 12, Weston, CO 81091 <br />Permit 4: C1981013 <br />b. 0.0 acres were disturbed during 2013 <br />c. 0.0 acres were backfilled and graded during 2013 <br />d. 0.0 acres were topsoiled during 2013 <br />e. 0.0 acres were seeded during 2013 <br />f. No maps were enclosed with the 2013 report; given the limited extent and <br />complexity of the site a map is not really necessary. <br />2.
