This letter
addresses your three comments.
Item L Apparently our hydro database did not propagate all the data parameters for our water wells.
have attached new tables which provide this information. I apologize for the oversight.
Item 2. Water level measurements for wells 83 -01, 83 -02, 83 -03 and 84 -01 for the first quarter of
2013 is attached.
Item 3. This relates to monitoring flow for surface water sites WF -1 and WF -2 on the Williams fork.
Exhibit 29 calls for monitoring upstream and downstream of these two sites. These sites are located
upstream and downstream of NPDES dewatering site 5D, which has not discharged since June of
2013, and is now inoperable. Thus, monitoring flow upstream and downstream of this site is now
pointless. MCM did provide daily average flows for the Williams fork River from the Colorado State
Water Resources (DWR) monitoring station downstream (by the white bridge) of the mine property for
2013. 1 spoke with DWR and they clarified that there is no active upstream flow station operated by
the State. MCM has no way of obtaining an accurate flow upstream on the river. l'm no clear what
Exhibit 29 had originally intended for measuring two flows. 1 will be working on a revision to clarify
what flow data MCM will provide in the future.
If you have any other questions regarding my responses, please contact me directly at: (970) 870-
27'501.
Best Regards,
for Moffat ounty Mining, LLC
Brian A.
