Hatchery Pit - M- 2014 -043 Adequacy Review 04 & Stipulation 01 On behalf of my client Albert Frei and Sons, Inc., I am responding to your fourth adequacy review letter dated January 5, 2015. I have included your review points that need to be addressed in the order presented so the questions and answers will be in the same document for easy reference. The memo is addressed in the same way. This should address Stipulation No 1 and supply the revised Map Exhibit C -1 Mining Plan Map that has the correct cross sections on it. General Comments and Questions 29) Please address and respond to the following 11 questions asked in the attached Memo from DRMS's staff. The attached memo addressed the review of slope stability provided by Deere and Adult. Please address all changes resulting from the slope stability provided by Deere and Adult in the permit text and the required maps Attached are our responses to Mr. Hays' slope stability questions. The only change we made was to correct the cross section C -C profile to move the edge of pavement for Monaco St. from adjacent to the permit line to its true location 25 feet east of the permit line. The cross sections provided on Map Exhibit C -1 - Mining Plan Map, have been corrected, the sections now match the cut lines on the map, the Section A -A profile was corrected to match the Deere and Ault Figure 1 and the label on the cut -line for Section E -E was corrected. A five foot factor of safety setback was used on all sides except at Section A -A since the Division has accepted the analysis for that side.
