Exhibit E <br />Reclamation Plan <br />Section 6.4.5 <br />Gold Basin Mine, Inc. <br />Gold Basin Mine-Chaffee County <br />Granite, Colorado <br />Colorado Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety <br />112 Permit Application <br />Areas disturbed (Exhibit F-Attachment A-Photos) by Gold Basin under permit M- 1492 -045 will <br />be regraded to slopes equal to or less than 2.5(H): I (V) (See Exhibit F, Figure F- I and F-2 <br />Reclamation Plan Map Section). Existing disturbed and natural slopes are as steep as <br />0.5(11):I(V) The mine site will be reclaimed to support a recreational land use. <br />a. Topographic Configuration <br />Gold Basin obtained Chaffee County mine plan approval on May Oh, 2014. The land features <br />and disturbed areas are illustrated on Figure F-1. The proposed reclaimed mine surface pending <br />completion of the areas disturbed prior to the approval of Gold Basin 1991 (M 1992-045 permit <br />application) is illustrated on Figure F-2. The estimated 112 mine permit area is 32.3 acres of <br />which 3.8 acres were disturbed prior to 1950 and less than 8 acres have been disturbed by mining <br />activities since 1950. The area may he reclaimed by Gold Basin as a voluntary reclamation <br />project as approved by Colorado DRMS, Approximately 3.8 acres will be included in the <br />DBMS -112 permit application in the event the area might be reclaimed in the future. <br />b. Stream Characteristics <br />i. Stream Hydraulics <br />Gold Basin proposed mine surface water control will include designed structures and BMPS. <br />(See Exhibit E Attachment B-BMPs) Basin general hydrogeologic characteristics for the stream <br />segments illustrated on Figure E- I a and E- I b are summarized on Table E2.1.
