Deseret is a <br />non - profit cooperative corporation organized under the laws of the State of Utah. <br />Deseret operates no other coal mines and it is not affiliated with, under common <br />control of, or otherwise in control of any other person (other than BME) with <br />underground or surface coal mining interests, properties, or operations whatsoever. <br />Deseret shares the same South Jordan address as BME.
