The <br />facility experienced precipitation between 0.02 and 0 09 inches (measurable <br />precipitation) for the 2438 hours prior, as recorded on the enclosed weather report. No mine waters are <br />discharged to this pond, resulting in stormwater runoff loading only, Therefore, the TSS and Total Iron effluent <br />limits do not <br />apply to the discharge on 11/1112014, rather the Settleable Solids limit <br />of 0,5 mL/L should apply.
