A.2 of the permit. The <br />facility experienced precipitation between <br />0.02 and 0.09 inches (measurable <br />precipitation) for the 24-48 hours prior, as recorded on the enclosed weather report. No mine waters are discharged to this pond, resulting <br />in stormwater runoff loading only. Therefore, the TSS and Total Iron effluent <br />timits do not <br />apply to the discharge on 11/1112014, <br />rather the Settleable Solids limit of 0.5 ri should apply.
