• The half - culvert ditches will be removed using large equipment (e.g. 966 loader), flatbed
truck, and 2 personnel. The culverts will be taken to a landfill.
• Conex containers located east of the filter building are portable and are used for storing
supplies during the mining operation. They are portable and will be removed for
reclamation.
For the worst case topsoil replacement, the following calculation is made:
Atlas area = 4.53 ac.
Revenue Pile area = 10.21 ac — 0.35 ac for Mine water pond to be left = 9.86 ac.
NE rangeland area = 0.97 ac
SE rangeland area =1.06 ac
Total: 16.42 ac
Using 6 inches thickness, this is an amount of 13,245 cy. Since there is 3045 cy available from the
Atlas pile footprint, the amount of imported soil needed is 10,200 cy.
This area of 16.42 acres is also the area for site seeding and mulching.
Since the reclamation plan does not call for the removal of all surface facilities, and the Atlas
waste area will not have been developed yet, related reclamation will not be necessary. A detailed
breakdown of each task and its associated cost is shown in Table L -1.
Details of main building construction details built as of September 2013 are shown below:
• Dry Room Building
0 47' wide x 50' long x 28' tall "at peak"
o Monolithic slab w/ pre footer. Grade Beam: 16" wide x 18" deep, Slab is 6" thick
Revenue Mane December 2014 L -3
