The present use of the property is dry land pasture. There is a dry-up covenant on the property; as such,
water is not available for irrigated farming. An area of approximately 12.02 acres will be disturbed. The
area of disturbance will be reclaimed into an agricultural pond thus carrying capacity, etc. is not relevant. A
reclamation plan is included within these application materials and will be complied with.
