Shmm <br />roacwo <br />The purpose of this letter is to approve the lining of the above referenced gravel pit. This approval <br />is based on the information you provided under a covers letters dated June 13, 2007 and August <br />10, 2007 as well as the site inspection conducted on July 10, 2007. The estimated pit infllis <br />from precipitation and groundwater and outflows due to pumping and evaporation indicate that <br />this oft has been lined to the dit s1arrdard referenced in the August 1899 State Engineer <br />Guidelines for Lining - Criteria for Gnus! Pits.
