Before we can agree to be at the Friday meeting, we need more information
by Wednesday noon MDT:
1. We formally request a written response from Energy Fuels that addresses the
issues in the April letter, item by item.
2. A copy of the Consent to Assign, Supplemental Lease Agreement and
Assignment of Lease that Colorado National Bank entered into with Energy Fuels in
March 1985 be provided by Energy Fuels since the Division does not seem to have a
copy.
3. Energy Fuels confirms which pillars were left standing and which ones were
pulled. Also we need payment history from January, 1995 until closure. We asked
Rich Munson for an accounting approximately two months ago.
4. Energy Fuels Consultants (Brodgen and Associates) report on water and the
recharging of the mine.
5. The Division providesthe2013 Annual Hydrology Report which does not seem
to be available on line.
6. The Division provides the final revegetation monitoring report which was
conducted in July- August, 2013. Janet Binns told us that the report would be at the
Division by February, 2014.
If these conditions are met, Linda Saunders and Paula Coulter will be
participating in the meeting on Friday at 2 pm and I hope to join you through Apple's
Facetime.
Sincerely,
Linda Saunders and Tena Gallagher, K2T, LLC
Ted and Paula Coulter, South Central Land and Mining, are also in agreement to this
note.
https:Hmai I.google.com /mai I /u/0 / ?ui =2 &i k= b46bel 1 b9e&view =pt &search =i nbox &th= 145foecf4Oaf7caO&sim 1= 145fbecf4Oaf7caO 3/4
