I believe all the reports prepared by the groundwater consultants related to groundwater issues are on <br />file with the Division. We will verify that prior to Friday. <br />Given the travel schedule etc., I am not able to respond now in writing to all the matters raised in the April <br />emailed letter. We can prepare such a response but not by noon today. <br />With regard to the original mining lease and its assignment to EFCI, as Ms. Gallagher knows, that lease was <br />replaced in its entirety in the year 2000 by a new Coal Mining Lease.
