The
revision updates the drainage and sediment control information in the currently approved
permit application package, in response to deficiencies identified during recent inspections.
We have the following comments and questions regarding BRL's response and revised
application materials. The numbering convention follows the first four adequacy review letters;
items resolved prior to the fourth adequacy review response have been omitted.
9. BRL revised page EXH -8 -31 as requested, to include information for Culvert C -1329. Please
revise page EXH -8 -31 to include the minimum culvert diameter information (36 ") for
Culvert C -829. The flow listed on page EXH -8 -31 is inconsistent with the design information
on proposed page EXH -8- 32xxxii. Please revise the design information on EXH -8- 32xxxii to
be consistent with the table on page EXH -8 -31, which is based on the revised flow value
for ditch C -C11.
21. There were three separate issues under Item 21, previously not numbered.
a. Issue resolved; BRL revised Map 15 -3 as requested.
p co
1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, CO 80203 P 303.866.3567 F 303.832.8106 http: / /mining.state.co.us I
John W.
