Box 758 <br />Greeley, Colorado 84632 <br />ATfN: Planning Department <br />I arty vice - president of the Bracewell PUD Homeowners Association in Greeley, Colorado. The <br />HOA owns certain real property located in Bracewell PUD, a subdivision of Weld County, Colorado <br />( "Subdivision ") being the common areas of the Subdivision, more particularly described as Outlot "A7 and <br />Outlot "C °, of the Bracewell P.U.D., as recorded in the records of the Clerk and Recorder of Weld County <br />on July 28, 2004, under Reception No 3203153, located in the Southeast (SEi /4) of Section Thirty (30), <br />Township Six North (T.6N), Range Sixty Six (R.66W) of the Sixth Prime Meridian (61h P.M.), County of <br />Weld, State of Colorado, (HOA Property) and is shown on Exhibit 1 attached. The HOA property includes <br />a lake known as Shiloh Lake. The HOA Property is part of the Use by Special Review Reclamation Plan <br />Hall -Irwin Corporation prepared by Rocky Mountain Consultants dated 7/11100 [attached as Exhibit 21 and <br />is part of mining permit M- 1006 -060 and USR -1125. The HOA Property is depicted on the Exhibit 2 as <br />Parcel 3, and the Plan refers to Shiloh Lake as Pond H. <br />On behalf of the HOA and its members, I hereby confirm that all reclamation work required by the <br />Reclamation Plan for the HOA property has been addressed to our full satisfaction. We have worked <br />closely with Hall -Irwin Corporation, with Hall -Irwin Aggregates, and with Bestway Concrete and <br />Aggregates, the former and present permit holders, and are satisfied they have met their obligations for <br />the Reclamation Plan.
