I should have been
more clear in my open pit description. The actual working open pit will be 60 feet by 30 feet
and maximum 20 feet deep. This corresponds to a volume of at most 1,333 cubic yards of
material displaced at any given time during the operation. This would be the maximum
amount of the temporary stockpile of material on site at any time. This will result in a
minimal environmental impact of the site. Please revise the amount of the bond based on
this proposed pit size and amount of to be backfilled materials. Thank you for your prompt
review of this N.O.I.
Tom Miller
https: //m ai I.googl e.com /m ai I /u/0 / ?ui =2 &i k= 3al d83e556&vi ew= pt &search = i nbox &th= 14b298a44c 1 ab9b5&si m I = 14b298a44c 1 ab9b5 1/1
