(Form 2 — (Public File)
Upon completion of each drill hole, cement will be pumped into each hole as soon as possible, typically within
one to two shifts. The drill holes are grouted by pumping cement through hollow grout rods that are inserted
at least 200 feet into the hole. If necessary, a "pig" can be pushed through the grout rods to force all the
cement out of the rods and into the entire hole.
The drilling project is estimated to take a maximum 10 weeks from start (mobilization) to finish
(demobilization).
Construction of road access to drill pad site NW of Co Hwy 82 is proposed to be 400 ft long and 12ft wide in a
20ft wide easement for drainage control. Construction of road /drill pad can be handled by 3 - 4 employees
who will operate equipment, maintain equipment, and provide quality control and some traffic control for 9 -10
hours a day, 6 days week.
Materials used for road /drill pad construction include pit run, road base, 12 ft X 6 ft corrugated security gate
(willow green or grey in color), privacy sign, two 48" culverts, one 24" culvert, a privacy /security fence, privacy
sign and a stop sign. Security /privacy fence will be willow green or light grey in color measuring 6 ft high,
made of corrugated aluminum and chain link which will surround the entire drilling pad area (Figure 2 Page 2).
Road will be constructed from natural earth excavated on site for grading along with estimated 40 yards of pit
run and road base material to be hauled in by truck. Unused top soil will be stock piled for future reclamation
of the drill pad and road, NW of drill pad (Figure 1 page 4).
All prospecting operations shall be in compliance with CMLR Act as amended (34 -32 -101 et seq. CRS) and all
rules currently in effect.
There are no archeogical values known in the area of proposed drilling site operations.
Historical adits (tunnels) in the area will not be disturbed.
6. Proposed Disturbance (approximate) Describe the proposed drilling to
be conducted, including anticipated number of holes, diameter, depth,
location, etc...
