The contents of this report are submitted to <br />satisfy the requirements of CDMG Rule 2.04.13 Annual Reclamation Reports. Oxbow has also <br />committed to updating the gob vent borehole road and pad information and Map 2.05 -M1, sheet <br />6 of 6, General Facilities, Gobvent Boreholes per NOV No. CV -2014 -008, Abatement Step # 7 <br />and #8. Included is a copy of that map. The Map will also be submitted to the Division along <br />with other MR -106 information intended to address the NOV. Finally, we have also included an <br />executed CDRMS, Annual Reclamation Report for the Year 2014 form. <br />Location and numbers of acres disturbed during, g 014: 0.00 acres <br />Location and number of acres of areas backfilled and graded during: 0.00 acres <br />The attached EXHIBIT 1 — SUMMARY OF DISTURBANCE/ SEEDED AREAS <br />provides as-built information to update final disturbed/reclaimed road lengths and acreage and <br />pad acreages. Much of the revised acreage information was obtained from the Division as a <br />result of 2014 field inspections of the Oxbow GVB program. <br />Seed Purchases: <br />Seed was purchased from Granite Seed Company, Lehi, Utah. The 2013 ARR included copies <br />of the "Letter of Certification" for seed shipped to Oxbow in 2013. Seed used on any GVB <br />interim reclamation/stabilization during 2014 came from the 2013 order left in inventory. The <br />BLM seedmix was used on BLM lands and USFS seedmix was used on USFS lands. <br />• Page 1 <br />
