2.05.3 <br />(8) Coal Mine Waste and Non -Coal Processing Waste <br />No coal mine waste will be generated by the loadout operation. <br />Coal fines cleaned out of the sediment ponds and ditches will be hauled back to <br />the McClave Canyon Mine and either stored in their sediment drying area or an <br />approved Coal Mine Waste Disposal area. <br />Non -Coal Waste Storage <br />Non -coal waste will be stored in commercially available dumpster(s). The typical <br />refuse stored in these areas will be paper, lumber, pipe, supplies, cardboard etc. <br />A local contractor will periodically remove the dumpsters containing the non -coal <br />waste and haul the refuse to the Mesa County landfill. <br />(9) Underground Development Waste <br />Not applicable. No underground development waste will be generated by the <br />loadout operation. <br />(10) Return of Coal Mine Waste to Abandoned Workings <br />The Applicant has no plans to return coal mine waste to any abandoned <br />workings. <br />Permit Application 2.05 -28 01/12 <br />
