2.04.7 Hydrology Description <br />Loadout facility. No protection required. <br />Map Code 4, Seep Water Diversion Point No. 1 & 2. Located northeast <br />and upgradient of the Loadout facility. No protection required. <br />Map Code 5, Smith Diversion. Located northeast and upgradient of the <br />Loadout facility, near Buckley Wash. No protection required. <br />Map Code 6, Franklin Diversion. Located northeast and upgradient of the <br />Loadout facility, near Bulkley Wash. No protection required. <br />Map Code 7, Donoho Pump & Pipeline. Located north of the Loadout <br />facility, near the East branch of Reed Wash. Water right upgradient of <br />facilities, no protection required. <br />Map Code 8, Bray Ditch. Located north of the Loadout facility, and East of <br />Reed Wash. Water right upgradient of facilities, no protection required. <br />Map Code 9, Reed Wash Pump Plant & PL. Water right abandoned by <br />court. <br />Map Code 10, Bittle Spring Nos 1, 2 & 3. Located West of the Loadout <br />facility, and the Loma Drain. Water right will not be impacted due to the <br />hydraulic isolation provided by the Loma Drain. No protection required. <br />Map Code 11, Hurlburt Ditch Pump. Located West of the Loadout facility, <br />and near the Colorado River. Water right will not be impacted as it is <br />located nearly a mile from the facilities, so even if surface water at the <br />loadout was minimally affected, the dilution factor of the river would <br />reduce any potential contaminants that may enter the surface water. In <br />addition, any runoff from the site will be stored in a sediment pond and <br />Permit Application 2.04 -22 12/11 <br />
