PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Western Fuels- Colorado, A Limited Liability Company (WFC), 12050 N. Pecos, Street, Suite <br />100, Westminster, Colorado 80234 has filed with the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety <br />an application for a Technical Revision to the New Horizon Mine Permit No. C- 1981 -008. This <br />TR -65 application adds 2.83 acres of surface area to the permit to encompass reclamation of <br />the BB Detour Road. The revision applies to land owned by Slash M, LLC. <br />The New Horizon Mine office is located at 27646 West 5th Street, P.O. Box 628, Nucla, CO. The <br />permit area contains tracts of land located in Section 1, T46N, R1 6W; Section 6, T46N, R1 5W; <br />Section 31, T47N, R1 5W; Section 36, T47N, R1 6W, of the New Mexico Principal Meridian, <br />Montrose County, Colorado. In total, the New Horizon permit boundary contains 830.27 acres <br />more or less. <br />The above mentioned tracts of land are shown on USGS 7.5 minute Nucla Quadrangle map. <br />A copy of the complete technical revision application is available for public inspection at the <br />Montrose County Courthouse Annex, Nucla, Colorado. Written comments or objections to the <br />application may be submitted to the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, Room 215, <br />1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203, Telephone (303) 866 -3567. Written comments <br />and objections must be received by the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety within 10 <br />days after the publication of the above notice. <br />
