This letter shall not be <br />construed to mean that there are no other technical deficiencies in your application. Other issues may arise <br />as additional information is supplied. The decision date for this amendment application is April 7, 2015. <br />Please submit adequate responses to the comments contained in this letter as soon as possible in order to <br />resolve item number 3 of the Order issued by the Mined Land Reclamation Board on November 13, <br />2014 regarding the Permanent Groundwater Mitigation Plan. As previously mentioned, if you are unable <br />to provide satisfactory responses to any inadequacies prior to this date, it will be your responsibility to <br />request an extension of time to allow for continued review of this application.
