This approval <br />is based on the information you provided under a covers letters dated ,tune 13, 2007 and August <br />10, 2007 as well as the site inspection conducted on Judy 10, 2007. The estimated pit infiova <br />from precipitation and gmundweter and outflows due to pumping and evaporation indicate that <br />this opt has been lined to the d iiMn span and reftnwced in the August 1899 State Engineer <br />Guidelines for Lining Criteria for Gravel Pits.
