Box 250 <br />36600 Routt County Road 27 <br />Hayden, CO 81639 <br />RE: Peabody Sage Creek Mining, Permit C- 2009 -087 <br />Fourth Quarter 2014 Discharge Monitoring Report (CO- 0048275) <br />Dear Mr. Cowman: <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (CDRMS) has reviewed and found the above <br />referenced report to be in compliance with Rule 4.05.13(2). The Fourth Quarter 2014 Discharge <br />Monitoring Report for the above referenced CDPS Permit were received by the Division on 22 January <br />2014; the reports cover the time period from 01 October 2014 through 31 December 2014. <br />All outfalls permitted under CO- 0048275 discharged during the fourth quarter 2013. No exceedances were <br />noted. <br />Whole Effluent Toxicity tests were collected for analysis during the third quarter. The tests indicated <br />that the effluent was not acutely toxic to Pimephales promelas or Ceriodaphnia dubia. <br />If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
