On behalf of Bowie Resources, LLC, following are its responses to <br />the DRMS' comments and concerns. <br />1. The ventilation shaft area was nominated for Phase I bond release. This area was listed <br />as 0.45 acres in Item 7 of the cover letter and Figure 1. The area is actually <br />approximately 1.0 acres. Attached is a revised cover letter and Figure 1. <br />2. There were some problems with the vegetation success criteria in the 2013 <br />Revegetation Evaluation Report prepared by Cedar Creek Associates, Inc. Cedar Creek <br />has provided a new cover page along with revised pages 6, 7, 12 and 14. <br />Sincerely, <br />J. E.
